Consumer Info - Storage

Storage of Fresh Berries

When buying berries, look closely for soft or mouldy fruit. Berries are highly perishable and should not be exposed to sunlight or kept at room temperature.
Berries will keep for 2 to 4 days when stored in the refrigerator, unwashed and loosely packed (damaged berries discarded).

Freezing Berries

Frozen berries are very versatile! They can be eaten thawed from the punnet, used for making delicious jam and in all of your favourite berry recipes.
Berries can be stored in the freezer for more than 12 months.
